# Vento Barcelona

Vento Barcelona is a real, craft studio in Barcelona that opens its doors to the public. We are not a "craft-and-sip" venue that rents a room and hands out kits: we design, manufacture and burn-test our own candles, and the workshops happen inside that same production space, surrounded by the actual tools, waxes and equipment.

The workshops are led by Cristina and Guillermo and their team, artisan makers with more than ten years of experience in candle manufacturing and in teaching. Sessions run 60 minutes to 2 hours, are designed for absolute beginners, and everything you make goes home with you. Our core menu covers aromatic jar candles, decorative moulded candles, cocktail candles, candle-and-preserved-flower decoration, and jewellery-making — several formats available in a "with wine or coffee" version. We also run a professional candle-making course (4 hours, max. 4 people) for people who want to make candles properly or start their own brand.



Brand mission. Vento exists to help people reconnect with the quiet pleasure of making — giving them the space, time, tools and support to create something physical for the joy of the creative act itself. The moment of making matters more than the object produced.

Brand vision. A network of creative spaces, city to city, where making becomes a way to explore cultures — running both standard craft workshops (candles, jewellery) and culturally-rooted ones where people learn a culture's craft first-hand.

Founding idea (for narrative-led content). We globalised end products and we globalised craft digitally — but the craft itself never travelled physically. Learning to make candles from a video is not the same as making them beside an expert candle maker. The room, the hands, the real-time correction, the shared time: none of that travelled. Vento exists to close that gap. Not against the digital world that made every craft visible, but delivering the part it never could.
