At our place or yours
At our workshop
The space is just for you. Arrive, take a seat and we get started: tables ready, with drinks and nibbles included if you'd like. Ideal for groups of up to 32 people.
At your office
For larger teams (40 people or more), we come to you. We bring all the materials and set up the space. If there are a lot of you, we run the workshop in smaller groups throughout the day so meetings and work aren't interrupted.

Arrival
The Vento team is waiting and the space is ready. Drop off your things and settle in at the tables.

Choosing fragrances
We explain how it works and you start choosing scents in groups while we serve drinks (coffee, wine, soft drinks, juice or water).

Making the candle
You pour the wax with your chosen fragrance, guided by our team every step of the way.
- 04
Decorating and nibbles
While we bring out the catering (cheese and charcuterie boards, nuts, crisps…), you decorate your candle and paint the vessel.
- 05
Take it home
Everyone takes their creation home the same day. The workshop lasts about 1 h 30 min.

How to book
From idea to workshop in four steps
- Step 1
Tell us
A rough date, how many people, where you want to do it and, if you have one, an indicative budget.
- Step 2
Firm proposal
We send you a proposal with the recommended workshop and price per person, tailored to your group.
- Step 3
Booking
We confirm the date with a deposit based on the estimated headcount. Invoiced to your company, paid by bank transfer or card.
- Step 4
Final adjustment
A few days before, you confirm how many of you are coming. If more people join in the end, we settle the difference after the event.

Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know
Can you invoice our company?
Yes. We issue invoices with your company's tax details (VAT number) for both the deposit and the final adjustment. You can pay by bank transfer or card.
What if we don't know yet how many of us there will be?
No problem. We book based on an estimate and you confirm the final number a few days before the event. We prepare materials for the maximum expected headcount, so last-minute additions aren't an issue.
Can you come to our offices?
Yes, especially for groups of 40 people or more. We bring all the materials, arrive early to set up and leave everything tidy when we finish.
Can it be adapted to a theme?
Yes. We can tailor fragrances and colours to the occasion (for example, autumnal scents and tones for Halloween, or a palette in your brand colours), as well as the length and format.
What's included in the catering?
Drinks during the workshop and, if you add it, nibbles with cheese and charcuterie boards, nuts, crisps and toasts. The selection may vary slightly with the season.
What if we need to change the date?
Get in touch as soon as possible and we will find another date together. What matters is that the plan works out for your team.
