In compliance with Article 10 of Ley 34/2002, de 11 de julio, de Servicios de la Sociedad de la Información y de Comercio Electrónico (LSSI-CE, Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act), the following general information is made available to the user.

Hereinafter, «Vento», «the Owner» or «we». The website accessible at vento.barcelona (and, where applicable, at any domains replacing it, such as ventostudio.com), hereinafter, «the Website».

2. Purpose and scope

This Legal Notice governs access to, browsing of and use of the Website, without prejudice to the Owner's right to modify its presentation, configuration and content, as well as the conditions required for its access and use.

The purchase of services (workshops and experiences) through the Website is additionally governed by the General Terms and Conditions and by the Cancellation, Changes and Refunds Policy.

3. Terms of use

Access to the Website is free of charge, except for the cost of connection through the telecommunications network supplied by the access provider contracted by the user. The user undertakes to make appropriate and lawful use of the Website and its content, refraining from:

  • Using them for unlawful purposes or with unlawful effects, harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that may in any way damage, disable or overload the Website or prevent its normal use.
  • Introducing or spreading computer programs capable of causing damage (viruses, malicious code, etc.).
  • Infringing the intellectual or industrial property rights of the Owner or of third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All content on the Website —including, by way of example, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, graphic design, trademarks, logos and trade names, as well as the structure, selection, arrangement and presentation of its content— is protected by intellectual and industrial property law and belongs to the Owner or to third parties who have authorised its use.

The reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, of the content of the Website without the express written authorisation of the Owner is prohibited. The «Vento» trademark and associated distinctive signs are the property of the Owner; their unauthorised use may give rise to the corresponding legal action.

5. Disclaimer of warranties and liability

The Owner does not guarantee the availability and uninterrupted continuity of the operation of the Website. It takes reasonable measures to ensure the accuracy of the information published, but is not liable for any damage or loss arising from technical errors, unavailability of the service, viruses or connectivity problems beyond its control.

The Owner accepts no responsibility for the information contained on third-party websites that may be accessed through links from the Website. Such links are provided for information purposes and do not constitute a recommendation, invitation or suggestion.

6. Data protection

The processing of personal data collected through the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy and by the Cookie Policy, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (RGPD/GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018, de 5 de diciembre, de Protección de Datos Personales y Garantía de los Derechos Digitales (LOPDGDD).

7. Dispute resolution and complaints

The user may send their complaints to hola@vento.barcelona or to the postal address indicated in section 1.

Official complaint forms are available to consumers at Vento's physical premises. As a consumer, you may also submit your complaint to the competent consumer authority (in Catalonia, the Agència Catalana del Consum or the OMIC of your municipality) and, where applicable, to the relevant Junta Arbitral de Consumo.

Note: the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, so no link to it is provided.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the consumer's place of residence, where the user holds that status under the applicable legislation.

9. Amendments

The Owner reserves the right to amend this Legal Notice to adapt it to legislative or other developments. Amendments will take effect from their publication on the Website.
