General Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 28 September 2026 In force from: 1 August 2026

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the “Conditions”) govern the booking of creative workshops and experiences (hereinafter, “Workshops” or “Services”) offered by Aura Deco Candles, S.L., under the brand “Vento” (hereinafter, “Vento” or “we”), through the Website and other channels provided.

The provider's identification details are set out in the Legal Notice.

1. Nature of the service

Vento offers in-person craft workshop experiences, with limited places, booked for a specific date and time. Booking a Workshop entitles the person making the booking and the companions indicated in the booking to take part in the session, on the conditions described in the product page.

2. Acceptance

Completing a booking and paying the price implies full and unreserved acceptance of these Conditions, the Cancellation, Changes and Refunds Policy, the Participation and Safety Conditions and the Privacy Policy, in the version in force at the time of purchase.

Before completing payment, the user confirms having been informed that, as this is a leisure service provided on a specific date, the booking is not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal (see section 8).

3. Booking process

3.1. The user selects the Workshop, the available date and time, and the number of participants.

3.2. During the booking process, and only at that time, the “Vento Flex – Flexible Change Option” add-on may optionally be purchased; it is governed by the Cancellation, Changes and Refunds Policy.

3.3. The booking is concluded upon confirmation of payment. The user will receive an email confirmation with the booking details. It is the user's responsibility to provide correct and complete details and to check the confirmation received.

3.4. The availability shown is indicative and may change until payment is confirmed. If, owing to an error or supervening unavailability, a booking that has already been paid for cannot be honoured, Vento will inform the user and will, at the user's choice, issue a full refund or reschedule it.

4. Prices and taxes

4.1. Prices are shown in euros and include the applicable VAT (IVA), unless otherwise indicated.

4.2. Vento reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price will be the one in force at the time the booking is made.

4.3. Group discounts or other promotions may apply, on the specific conditions indicated in each case.

5. Payment methods

Payment is made at the time of booking through the payment providers available on the Website (for example, the Shopify payment gateway, Stripe or PayPal). Transactions are processed by payment service providers; Vento does not store full card details.

6. Gift cards and redeemable vouchers

6.1. Gift cards and vouchers redeemable for a booking have no expiry date and may be redeemed with no time limit.

6.2. The flexibility regime (changes and cancellations) applicable to a booking obtained by redeeming a gift card or voucher is determined by the date on which that card or voucher is first redeemed, not by its date of purchase, in accordance with the Cancellation, Changes and Refunds Policy. Once redeemed for a booking with a specific date and time, that Policy will apply to it.

7. Minimum number of participants and cancellation by Vento

7.1. Certain Workshops may be subject to a minimum number of participants.

7.2. If Vento cancels a Workshop because the minimum is not reached, due to force majeure or for any other reason, the user will be entitled, at their choice, to reschedule the activity on another available date or to a full refund of the amount paid, including, where applicable, the amount of the Vento Flex add-on.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article 103(l) of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007 (TRLGDCU) and Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities, where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance, are excluded from the 14-day right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts.

Consequently, once the booking has been completed, the user has no right of withdrawal, without prejudice to the change and cancellation rights to which they are entitled under the Cancellation, Changes and Refunds Policy.

9. Participant obligations

Participation in the Workshops is subject to the Participation and Safety Conditions, which include, among others, conditions on minimum age, supervision of minors, alcohol consumption, allergens and the handling of materials. Acceptance of these conditions is a requirement for participation.

10. Liability

Vento is responsible for the proper provision of the Service as described in each Workshop's product page. To the extent permitted by law, Vento will not be liable for damage arising from the participant's failure to comply with the safety instructions or the Participation Conditions. No clause in these Conditions limits the rights that consumer protection legislation grants to consumers on a mandatory basis.

11. Invoicing

The user may request and download their invoice through the channels provided. The user is responsible for the tax details they provide.

12. Applicable law and complaints

These Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Complaints may be addressed to hello@vento.house and to the consumer authorities indicated in the Legal Notice. Where the user is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction.

13. Partial invalidity

If any clause of these Conditions is declared null or ineffective, that declaration will not affect the validity of the remainder, which will remain binding between the parties.
